Our Commitment: Our first priority is providing a safe and clean environment for your pets. In keeping with this commitment, dogs are required to be current on Distemper Parvo (DAPP), Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. Cats are required to be current on FVRCP (Upper Respiratory) and Rabies vaccines.
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is required 48 hours prior to check-in and should be boostered every 6 months.
During your pet's stay our staff will log your pet's weight, appetite, urine/stool, walks and activity level daily. Pets taking medications or those with special needs are monitored by Licensed Veterinary Technicians.

Check-In: Our technical staff will examine your pets from nose to tail upon check in. We recommend planning on about 15 minutes for paper work and the exam. Downloading the forms below and completing them ahead of time may expedite this process. We're always glad to give tours and show you where your pet will be staying. We have found however that pets are much more accepting of their stay when goodbyes are said in the lobby and our staff is able to take your pets from there.

Check out is any time during business hours Monday through Saturday. Pets going home after 1 pm will incur a 1/2 day fee.

Additional Services: CAH includes a regular bath after the 4th night prior to going home. Additional services are also available during your pet's stay which can be selected on your pets check-in form.

Diet: CAH requires that owners provide their pet’s normal diet which helps maintain GI health during their stay. CAH provides daily feedings per owner instruction once or twice daily. CAH will provide Purina EN, a bland, easy to digest diet in the absence of owner provided food.
