Dec 6th Update: Riley is doing well and attending physical therapy. Her people are taking excellent care of her. She isn't able to go out and play yet, but she is using the leg already which is sooner than expected. Keep up the good work WYNRC and K9 Wellness Center!

Nov 14th Update: Thanks to your help and donations Riley had surgery last week and is doing great. We'll keep you posted as Riley completes her physical therapy and recovery process.

Riley is a 4 year old female Boxer living at the Western Nevada Regional Youth Center (WYNRC) helping to rehabilitate young adults. Riley recently ruptured her cruciate ligament, which if your not familiar with, is a fairly common injury among human athletes. The cruciate ligament is responsible for stabilization of the knee, keeping it from sliding forward and backward.

Riley is a good candidate for surgery, but because of her size and musculature, she needs a TPLO procedure. While CAH is donating $1800, WYNRC could use your help raising funds for the balance of Riley's surgery.

Donations can be made in our office or by using the WePay option below.

Thank you for caring and your consideration,
CAH, WYNRC, and Riley
