Mona - Reception
Mona is a native Nevadan and a graduate of Sparks High School. She has been with the practice for over 30 years, making her a true veteran in this field. Mona enjoys spending her off-time at home with her daughter, Erin, and her husband, Paul.

Judi - Reception
Team Leader (with Bailey)
Judi joined the Community Animal Hospital team in 2010. She loves animals and is proudly owned by her 2 cats, Kip and Bailey. Her background in veterinary reception work makes her a valued member of our team. Her positive attitude and humor make her fun and easy to work with. We are very happy to have her here at Community Animal Hospital.

Tiffany - Treatment
Tiffany graduated from high school in Las Vegas and attended Vo-Tech in Henderson, NV, studying Health Occupations. She currently attending nursing school . Before coming to Reno, Tiffany worked as a veterinary technician in Las Vegas. When she is not studying she likes to read, write stories and lyrics, experience new things, enjoy outdoor activities, and sing (when no one is looking).

Shauna - Treatment
Shauna moved to Reno about three years ago from a small town called Pacifica in California . She graduated from Terra Nova High School and is now attending Truckee Meadows Community College . She is taking courses in Criminal Justice and plans to become an animal control officer. In her spare time she loves to ride her dirt bike, and go to the lake. Shauna also loves spending time with her black Labrador, Lucky, and her two cats, Reno and Mini Me.

Rachel S. - Lab / Inventory
Rachel has worked at casinos, restaurants, and other veterinary hospitals. Rachel has taken on the role of lab technician and inventory management. Rachel enjoys spending time with son Skylar, who keeps her busy and happy every day. She also enjoys snowboarding, camping, rafting, and wakeboarding.

Rachel M. - Veterinary Assistant
I was born and raised in Lakeview, Oregon. Growing up I participated in many equestrian events, my family and I own horses and cattle, and I raised 4-H sheep for 10 years. I have two dogs “Shorty” a 5 year old Border Collie/Corgi Mix is my oldest child. My second child is a coonhound named “Jenny” but I call her my “Dweeb”, she just turned 1 year old in November. I spend a lot of my time riding and training my horses. I began working at the local animal hospital in Lakeview as a work program in high school, after some experience in the practice I decided that is the career I wanted to pursue; so I moved to Reno in the fall of 2010 to attend TMCC for the veterinary technician program, I plan to start the veterinary technician program this coming fall and after the two year program plan to become a licensed veterinary technician.
Rachel was voted "Employee of the Quarter" July-Sept 2011
