PAW plans make high quality veterinary care easy and affordable. By enrolling your pet in a PAW plan you are taking an important step towards maintaining their health and well being. While your pet is enrolled, examinations with your pet's doctor are performed at no charge. Your pet will also receive all recommended tests and vaccinations they need to stay healthy. Should a medical problem arise, such as an injury
or sudden illness, your enrolled pet will receive 10% off all professional services

- No charge office calls are available 2 hours after the start of, and 2 hours prior to the end of business hours.
- 10% discount applies to professional services and medications.
- Wellness plan services are available only at Community Animal Hospital.
- Monthly payments require an active checking
or savings account for ACH debits.
- Each additional pet receives 15% off their annual fee.
- Enrollment fee is waived
when prepaying the annual total at the start
of the plan
- If you have an existing insurance plan, be sure to ask them about a monthly wellness benefit rider as it may be more cost effective.

services and medical care discounts are only
available at this location. Unlike insurance pre-existing conditions do not affect annual fees or package exclusions. |
